The driving force of the company, CHAI is acclaimed for his astute business acumen and sharp judgment. His highly analytical ability of the ever-changing global business landscape has led our international business operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. With over 20 years of experience in the Automotive and Pharmaceutical sectors, CHAI has spearheaded numerous esteemed pharmaceutical and electroplating projects worldwide.
He holds a Master’s Degree of International Construction Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
General Manager
YS, JIANG
Since joining the company in 2002, JIANG has been a keystone of our success. With extensive experience and deep knowledge in Environmental Pollution, JIANG has provided invaluable insights to numerous projects. He oversees the daily operations and is dedicated to building a high-performance team.
JIANG holds a DBA from China-Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Pollution and Environmental Control from Manchester University, United Kingdom.
Head of Design and Engineering
XiaoDan, FAN
With 18 years of experience working with world-leading Automotive, Food, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical companies across North-South America, Europe, and Asia, XiaoDan has honed her expertise in the design of water treatment processes. Under her leadership, the Design and Engineering Department of CPG Environmental Engineering has secured several technology process patents.
XiaoDan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering.
Head of Business Development
Sinyee, WONG
Sinyee leads our global business development and commercial efforts, including contract and customer relationship management. She also oversees the global marketing and branding strategy of the company.
With over 15 years of experience in the construction (M&E, Architectural) and manufacturing industries, Sinyee has held positions on both national and regional scales. Her diverse background in sales and marketing with different cultures, demographics, and collaboration with various industry stakeholders is instrumental in the expansion of the company.
Sinyee holds a Bachelor of Business from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Engineering in Singapore.
Project Manager
Bruce, WU
With over 23 years of experience in environmental protection, Bruce has been a key contributor to CPG Environmental Engineering since 2013. Over the past decade, Bruce has successfully delivered numerous global wastewater and water treatment projects across China, Mexico, and the United States, showcasing his expertise in managing complex, high-stakes projects.
As a skilled project manager, Bruce excels at orchestrating all aspects of project execution, from design and planning to site management and client coordination. He has consistently showcased exceptional leadership in manoeuvring international projects across vastly different countries, regulatory landscapes, and diverse industries. Even under the challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bruce’s adaptability and resilience ensured the successful completion of critical projects. His notable achievements include leading projects for esteemed clients such as Kohler, Continental, Evonik, and Minth International.
Bruce’s ability to streamline processes, ensure compliance with stringent standards, and delivering cost-efficient solutions has made him an invaluable asset to the team. The company’s values have further inspired him to adopt the highest site construction and installation standards, ensuring every project meets and exceeds client expectations.
Committed to upholding service excellence and contributing to global environmental protection, Bruce brings a blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to every endeavour. He holds a diploma in Environmental Protection and a degree in Economics and Trade Management, which provide a solid foundation for his comprehensive approach to project delivery.

Kai, CHUA
Kai is experienced in overseeing high-profile projects from inception to successful completion.
He is responsible for major projects, project execution services, quality, construction, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards (HSE). He has a proven track record as a Project Manager in diverse construction environments.
Kai holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, USA.
